It was a real pleasure to be able to do this site for Brian Bartlett. I had ridden with him and seen his progress first hand. About the time that he asked me to work on this project for him, I had run into Brian at the Seattle Bike Expo and he told me about the upgrades to his prosthetic. He told me that he finally felt he could ride safely and securely the way that he had wanted to. In a jubilant voice he said, “Two legged people rule!” This kind of “no filter” way of speaking of his amputated leg and desire to ride at a pro level was very refreshing. So, it was very cool when he asked me and my company Brent Creative, LLC. to build him a site.

We aimed to make a site that was contagious and allowed the user to interact with Brian. I hope you all enjoy it. – Mark Brent
