I wanted to give everyone the official update. I have been riding now at a level that I believe will get me ready for the upcoming race season. Although I am walking with a cane I can bust out to almost 30 mph in the flats on my road bike and my Downhill runs are equally running good. I did not like sitting on the on the bench this last season but it has given me the time to properly train & rehab.
